Believe to of once been home to Florida's first steam-powered sugar mill, this historic site is now nothing more than ruins. The mill ruins are located on the property of the Dummett Plantation.

Bulow Plantation Ruins State Historic Site
This plantation was built in 1821. Today it serves as an open-air museum and picnic area. The museum has information and exhibits on the history of the building, people and the war that destroyed it.
